Summer 2015 - Sport Physicals

• 25 students can be scheduled each day  for a sports Physical.
• Please call the Main Office to reserve your spot  - 860-346-6659.
• Plan to arrive at Mercy at 11:30 a.m. with a yellow sports form (history must be filled out and form must be signed by parent/guardian)
