Mercy High School is a private, Catholic college-preparatory high school with an enrollment of approximately 700 girls. It is located in a residential area of Middletown (population 43,000), near the Middlefield line and draws students from over 60 communities. It is accredited by the New England Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges and by the State of Connecticut.
