Hospitality Receptions
Hospitality volunteers are needed to assist the co-chairs to help set up, serve and clean up at our special events and receptions during the school year.

Freshwoman Parents’ Night
Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, 7:00 p.m.
All Freshwoman parents, and parents of transfer students, are invited to attend an informative program with speakers from the Administration, Guidance and Home and School Association.
It is also an opportunity to meet your daughter’s classmates’ parents.
Mini Class Night for Parents
Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
All parents of current Mercy students are invited to meet their daughter(s) teachers and learn about each teacher’s curriculum and expectations. Parent’s follow their daughters schedule of daily classes and experience their school day. Refreshments are served throughout the evening.
Junior Ring Reception for the Junior Class and their guests
Monday, October 24, 2011, 7:00 p.m.
Members of the Junior class receive their class rings at a special Mass with the Bishop and then celebrate with their family and friends at a reception at the school.
Open House for the Class of 2014
Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Prospective students and their families tour the school with Mercy student guides and all are welcome to enjoy refreshments in the school cafeteria.
National Honor Society Induction
Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, 7:30 p.m.
New student members are inducted into the National Honor Society and they and their families are welcome to attend a reception to celebrate their accomplishment.
Entrance Exam Coffee And…
Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Parents of prospective students are welcome to stay at Mercy, socialize with current parents and enjoy refreshments while their daughter is taking the entrance exam.
Discover Mercy
Saturday, March 31, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Parents of 6th and 7th grade girls who are participating in the activities of “Discover Mercy” are welcome to stay at Mercy and enjoy refreshments served by current Mercy parents and talk with them about their own Mercy experiences.
Baccalaureate
Sunday, May 27, 2012, 10:00 a.m.
Following the Baccalaureate Mass, an extensive luncheon reception for the senior class and their guests is hosted by the home and school association. All food is prepared and served by current Mercy parents. Beautiful floral arbors are decorated for photo opportunities for graduates and their families.
Graduation
Thursday, May 31, 2012, 8:00 p.m.
Following graduation, a cookie and punch reception is held in the cafeteria for all new graduates and their guests.
