Dear Mercy Math Student,

Below you will find a list of mathematics problems which are to be completed during the summer. These problems reflect the math background you need before entering the course you are scheduled to take this coming school year.

The packet is due the very first day of classes. You are to turn in this packet with all work attached. Work must be shown for every problem for full credit to be given. This packet will be counted as a quiz. Packets turned in one day late will lose 50% credit and after that will be given no credit. Your grade will be based on effort so make sure you do every problem.
