Swimming and Diving - Fall Athletics

The Mercy Swimming and Diving team is one of the most energetic and spirited programs in the Southern Connecticut Conference. 

 

Under the leadership of Rob Duguay, who has been the coach since 2022, the team has built a culture of development and unity.  

 

Over the last two years, each member of the team has not only seen their times steadily improve, but they have also become true students of their sport. Last year, the Tigers once again made a jump up at the state championship, where it brought home a pair of top three individual performances. 

 

Duguay is supported by Assistant Coach Julia Lentini '14, who returned as a coach in 2024.
