Thinking Committee

  • Identify ideas that are in alignment with the mission of the Alumnae Association and Mercy High School.
  • Develop the communicative and messaging tone for the Alumnae Association and improvements in program and service delivery that increases volunteering and membership involvement.

Social Media / Communication / Networking Committee

  • Review of current social media / communication / networking methods to insure/enhance network communication.
  • Develop mechanism for effective flow of information from the Alumnae Office to Class Reps to alumnae.
  • Development of College Directory to provide networking / liaison to support Mercy alumnae in college and seniors applying to colleges.
  • Development of Business Directory and other links that provide networking / liaison between and among similar groups within the Alumnae Association.
  • Work with event committees for release of invitations, etc.

Color Run / Food Truck Festival (Fundraiser) – Apr 22, 2017

Operational
  • Event planning schedule and day agenda
  • Layout – events, food trucks, facilities, etc.
  • Logistics – volunteers, restroom facilities, etc.
Media (includes a member of the Social Media / Communication / Networking Committee)
  • Preparation of announcements, invitations, pre- and post-event press releases, etc.
  • Coordination of photography and video
Color Run
  • Identify location and options for run – entry fee, ages, color cost, etc.
  • Design and obtain t-shirts
Children’s Activity
  • Identify and plan children activities
Food Truck 
  • Determine number of food trucks needed and types of food
  • Identify and invite vendors (contract)
  • Determine vendor fee
